Technology Support Services
Teeniors® are tech-savvy teens and young adults who help older adults learn technology through one-on-one, personal coaching. Whether that’s a cell phone, computer, software, or home entertainment device, our goal is to empower older adults to connect with their loved ones, engage with their communities–and the world–through technology, while providing paid, meaningful jobs to youth.
Teeniors® coaches have personally tutored over 3,000 older adults in New Mexico alone, and we have employed over 50 teens and young adults. We survey every client we work with and earn consistent 5-star reviews as well as high job satisfaction rates from team members. Through Covid-19 we have developed additional services that allow us to help any client in need, both in-person and virtually (via phone or video call). We are a multi-award-winning company and our work has been featured in The New York Times, NPR, The Milken Institute, Oxford University Press, Univision, Forbes, Millennial Magazine and many others.
